American Seating Park is a stylish, mixed-use facility near Grand Valley State’s downtown campus; it is just north of downtown and a few blocks west of the Grand River. It is truly contemporary urban living at its very best.

Three separate buildings currently comprise the complex. Business space and luxury apartments are located in CLARK PLACE, while OFF-BROADWAY houses efficiency, loft and townhouse apartments.
